The Belimo SR24A-S-5 is a compact, high-reliability rotary actuator for HVAC ball valves. It supports open/close and 3-point (floating) control, making it suitable for standard BMS/DDC outputs and plant interlock sequences. It includes an integrated adjustable auxiliary switch for valve proof/position signalling (e.g., pump enable, fan enable, alarm contact).

Designed for practical site work, it features a lockable push-button manual override, adjustable mechanical end stops, and overload protection—the actuator automatically stops at the end stop, so limit switches are typically not required.

Applications

• Chilled water / hot water valve actuation (ON/OFF or 3-point control sequences)
• AHU coil isolation or changeover valves
• FCU/zone control valves (where valve torque sizing matches 20 Nm actuator range)
• Interlocks & proof contacts using the integrated auxiliary switch (pump/fan enable, status to BMS)
