Interface Module

The data exchange between I/O modules and the higher-level PLCs takes place via the ET 200SP interface modules.
The following interface variants are available for this purpose:

IM 155-6 MF: MultiFieldbus with the Ethernet-based protocols PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and Modbus TCP
IM 155-6 PN: PROFINET in the various function classes Basic, Standard, High Feature and High Speed with integrated 2-port switch (with High Feature, also as version with 3-port switch)
IM 155-6 PN R1: PROFINET for high availability applications in combination with SIMATIC S7-1500H and TIA Portal
IM 155-6 DP: PROFIBUS
