The Belimo SM230A is a robust rotary actuator for adjusting HVAC air dampers in technical building installations. It supports open/close and 3-point (floating) control, making it a practical actuator for standard BMS/DDC panel outputs and interlock logic.
The actuator is designed for simple direct mounting on the damper shaft with a universal shaft clamp and supplied anti-rotation mechanism. It includes a lockable manual override for commissioning and service, and it is overload protected with automatic stop at end position, eliminating the need for limit switches.
